QWhat are your store hours?
AOur store hours are as follows:

Monday 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
QWhat if I am not completely satisfied with my purchase from your Charlotte location?
AWe hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from our Plaza Midwood location in Charlotte! If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may exchange an item or items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition, in the same quantity sold, and must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Please note: beads purchased as a strand must be intact. Exchanges are not made on strands that we halved at your request at the time of purchase, or on grab bags from our "bird bath."
QWhat is your class cancellation policy?
AWe do our best to keep class sizes small so each participant gets individual attention and stellar instruction! As such, class fees are due in full at the time your registration is made. Following is our cancellation policy:
  • If you cancel 48 hours or more before the class date/time, we will happily issue a full refund.
  • If you schedule and pay for a class but do not attend or contact us, your class fee is forfeited.
  • If you have a true personal emergency and need to cancel less then 48 hours prior, we are happy to apply your class fee to a future class.
QWhat if I am not completely satisfied with my online purchase?
AWe hope you are completely satisfied with your online purchase from Beadlush! If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please call upon receipt. (704-376-3331) Returns are accepted in original condition, as sold, within 14 days of receipt, minus shipping costs. Please specify exchange, credit or refund.
QCan I pay by check for my online order from Beadlush.com?
AYes! To pay by check, your order must be phoned in and will be shipped when your check has been received and has cleared.
QHow long will it take for you to ship my purchase?
AWe will do our best to ship within 24 hours. Orders Placed after 1:00PM on Friday and during the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
QDo you ship internationally?
AWe ship to any U.S. state. We also ship to Canada providing the order weighs no more than 1 lb. Beyond Canada, we do not ship internationally at this time.
QDo you have a printed catalog?
ADue to the ever changing nature of our inventory, we do not have a printed catalog a this time, nor do we anticipate having one in the future. We do have findings, beads and supplies on sale on this website and also via our Etsy shop. Visit our Etsy shop!
